Growco Merchandise Return Policy
Growco Indoor Garden Supply guarantees your satisfaction for all items ordered online, ordered by telephone, or purchased in our stores.
All items returned must be returned in an "as-new" condition, packed in the original packaging.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted.
All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). When you call for an RMA number we
will inquire as to your reason for return. Items without an RMA number will be returned to sender.

Warranty or Defective Merchandise Return Policy
For warranty returns on defective items, please call or email us to get an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will supply you with a return number that must be written in large letters on the outside of the return box.
This number allows us to connect the returned merchandise to you specifically and we need it in order to return your repaired or replaced item in a timely manner.
Packaging for returns must be as good as the original packaging that we used to get the product to you. The returned item has to get back to us in one piece for us to honor your warranty. The item must be intact, so please package it really well in bubble wrap and packing peanuts, or balled up paper in an over-sized box.
For warranty returns, call our toll-free number at 1-877-939-6900 and enter option #1 to reach our warranty return dept. We will issue you the RMA number for your return.
Sunpulse Warranty: All Sunpulse warranty returns have to be processed by the end user (you the customer) directly through Sunpulse. If you have a warranty issue with any Sunpulse lamp, please contact Sunpulse directly for replacement: http://www.sunpulselamps.com/Warranty.html A receipt with the original date of purchase will be required.
